Freedom Writers' Diary

1. I want to invite Dikembe Mutombo. He's an important basketball player but he helps people in Congo, Africa. He opens a Hospital in the Congolese capital of Kinshasa and he gives many money for it. I want to know why he helps poor people.

2. If I was his teacher I would answer: "because it's important to see how other people live". They learn about people who fight for their freedom and risk their life for it and for other people. They learn about holocaust.

3. Stereotypes are damgerous because they can cause racism, discrimination.
The people can speak to other people and see stereotypes are bad.

4. They are Asians, Latinos, Black People and a white.

5. It's described like hell there was violence, racism, fights and shots.

7. They cried, they were scared.

8. Nous commençons à comprendre la vrai signification de ne pas juger un livre par ça couverture. It will mean that: you can't judging somebody by his appearance.

10. I learn about many people die but the other people say nothing and think " it's life". I felt sad when I read this.
